Returning your hire car to a Europcar rental station

Important: Return During Opening Hours

Please allow enough time for the hire car to be inspected and for you to receive your Statement of Returns, ensuring you have full peace of mind before continuing your onward journey.

You will remain responsible for the condition and safety of the hire car until it is inspected by a member of our Returns team during regular opening hours.

Use our interactive Location Finder map to locate the address, sat nav coordinates and opening hours of the rental station you wish to return your hire car back to.

Return Parking

Ensure that the vehicle is parked legally in a safe, well-lit area. If using a parking meter, make sure you pay for at least eight working hours.

Refuelling

All hire cars provided by Motability Operations Ltd, RAC, or Direct Line Motability come with a full tank of fuel (minus delivery & collection fuel). To avoid additional charges*, you must return the hire car to Europcar with a full tank of fuel. If Europcar has to refuel the vehicle, you will incur charges based on our standard refueling rate per litre, plus a fixed surcharge.

*Excludes 100% Electric Vehicles
