Exemptions do not apply to the replacement hire car provided under your scheme. You are responsible for covering all congestion charges and/or tolls incurred while driving your hire car. Additionally, any fines or penalties resulting from non-payment are your responsibility.
Failure to make payments will be reported to Motability Operations.
In certain toll areas, you may have the option to transfer your Blue Badge exemption to your hire car. However, it is your responsibility to arrange this in advance before traveling into such areas.
London Congestion Zone

You may receive a text message from Europcar with details on this process. It remains your responsibility to complete the transfer before traveling in the congestion zone.

Tyne Tunnel
